&lt;P&gt;Yes, it sounds like you may need to speak with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; from another phone, or pop into your nearest EE Store to register the SIM and remove all restrictions.&lt;BR /&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>
