Hello,

Nobody is being diverted to my answering machine? Don't know why. When I'm pressing the voicemail icon I'm just getting the message not possible to connect my call.

Can you call your voicemail by dialling 222 manually?

Try texting VM ON to 150, this should reset your diverts - on the assumption your voicemail is otherwise working.

I can get to it by calling that.

When people call me though voicemail doesn't pick up.

What happened when you did so?

Depending on the result, it may be worth texting VM OFF, waiting for the confirmation and restarting your phone, then repeating VM ON.

You could set the diverts, and reset your speed-dial config, manually via your phone's call settings menu.

It said it set it up. Does it take time?

I don't know how to do it manually.

Effect should be immediate on the changes being made.

The menu location will differ between Android & Apple, but..

1: Divert when unavailable, unreachable or no answer - set this to +44 7953 222222

2:The voicemail speed-dial should be set to the same number.

Find your post on the forum, click on the drop-down in the top-right and choose "edit reply"

On my Android, the voicemail speed-dial is under Phone > Settings > Voicemail
