I am having the same issues. I either drop out for a few seconds and then come back or it drops off completely. Please advise what I need to do. Thanks

Your issues sound subtly different to the ones in the thread you added to, so it's not separate.

Are you reporting an issue with in-call audio dropping out monentarily during a call, but the call continuing? That's normally a sign of a handover occurring, often more evident when WiFi-calling is involved.

Dropped calls can be caused in the same scenario, but are calls dropping when using the mobile network? And do they occur in a specific location or travel route?

I have only really noticed when at home for work as that is the majority of calls I make. It has happened frequently. house wifi working fine but calls drop out and ocme back continuously and then sometimes drop off completely.

Forum tip: I assume you're replying to these posts using your phone's email app - your email signature contains all your contact details which are posting to the open internet every time you reply. That's an open invitation for spammers to contact you unless the site admins edit your posts first.

I suspect your phone is using WiFi-calling, and you are on the border of usable mobile coverage thus causing handovers between the mobile network & WiFi. These are perfectly normal, but should not cause dropped calls.

Are you using Android or Apple? Some Android phones give you the option of "mobile-preferred" or "WiFi-preferred" which gives scope for troubleshooting. Does your phone show good mobile coverage when calls drop?
