Any other solutions as none of the above work. My sister is on holiday, visiting the UK. She purchased a UK SIM for her iPhone. She receives some calls, but others (including my calls) go straight to VM. All of her diverts are off (and were never on). Any ideas please as she's in the UK for another 2 weeks.

Could you ask her to try resetting her network settings please, @AC661?

Tap General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Follow prompts.

This is normally a symptom of a contact being inadvertently blocked. Try toggling the blocking for an affected contact, also for that caller to to dial with their CLI withheld.
