Calls are not going to Voicemail

Hi.

For over a year now, maybe longer, my voicemail is not working. When people ring me and I can't answer the phone, it just keeps ringing and ringing to the caller, and does not go to voicemail so the caller can leave a message.

Following some online searches, I have tried texting VM OFF to 150, and then re-booting the phone, then texting VM ON to 150. But I get a text back from VM ON saying "Sorry we are having some trouble completing your request, please try again later".

Can you let me know how I can fix this as I need my voicemail working.

Welcome to the EE Community.

As you have already text VM OFF to 150 and this has not resolved your issue, I would recommend giving us a call on 150.

What happens if you call your VM by dialling 222 or speed-dial 1?

Thanks. Resolved now. I had to call 150 for them to turn it on at their end.

Voicemails all working fine now.
