I have the same problem. After upgrading I cant make any phone calls from UK to abroad mobiles or landlines.

There is no option in my EE like the below.

My EE > Account Settings > PARENTAL AND DATA CONTROLS > Make calls abroad from the UK

Need help to activate it. Tried calling 150 but it just sending me text messages with link that not getting me anywhere.

@Rayu : The option you quote no longer exists. This thread is nearly 2 years old. You should be able to make International calls from UK.

Are you on PAYG? If so, you need credit to make calls from UK.

I've got contract. Upgraded it lately and after the update can't make international calls it is restricted. I tried get hold of someone but can't. Receiving text message to report problem but it doesn't have an option to select for such a issue.

Can someone call me to resolve it
