My brother is in the USA and didn’t text ROAMING to 150 before he went. Is there any way he can use his EE iPhone in the USA whilst he is there? It seems he can use WhatsApp, but the other functions on his phone don’t seem to be working. TIA to anyone who can advise.

@TattyP : He can use it over WiFi paying any charges that the WiFi hotspots impose, if any. That has nowt to do with EE & roaming.

Otherwise he would need to call CS to get roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
