&lt;P&gt;Lack of network service would usually mean you've not enabled roaming in order to connect to foreign networks. If so - are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying use 2 factor authentication to log onto something but I cannot receive texts or calls abroad. How do I fix this. When I try to call helpline abroad the call fails to go through&lt;/P&gt;</description>
