Cant recieve texts or calls

Don't know when this started, but I can't log into some of my apps now because of the two factor authentication because it needs a code from a text. I've tried ringing it from a different phone and it doesn't go through. Can't message ee as that doesn't work either.

Does your phone show coverage indicators?

If yes - can you make outgoing calls?

If no - have you tried toggling flight mode?

full signal , cant check outgoing as no credit flight mode is off

Are you in the UK or abroad?

If you're abroad, then lack of credit will be your issue as that's needed to cover incoming calls also.

If you're in the UK, try calling an 0800 number of your choice to test outgoing calls.
