My Wifi calling is not working - It is a BT router and is operating normally. All I get is a message telling me to connect tp a network, I AM connected always when home.- I restarted the phone, that seems to have sorted it (for now)

Has WiFi-calling worked on this router for you before?

Are you able to use other internet-based functions on this same connection?

Have you tried restarting your phone and router and connecting again?

Does WiFi Calling work on any other WiFi network?

Hi Leanne, see earlier comment, It started working again after I restarted the phone, I don't have access to another secure wifi network. As an aside there seems to be problems with the EE mobile network in the Glasgow area according to the MyPlace notifications
