    <description>&lt;P&gt;**bleep** is going on? I have just arrived in Brussels but I have no roaming service or data. I was last here with the same phone and account two years ago - everything worked fine. &amp;nbsp;I am on the hotel Wi-Fi now. I cannot get help from EE as I can’t call or text, and chat from the EE app locks up. This is seriously annoying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mobile data, text messages and voice calls all rely on mobile network coverage abroad. If you don't have the latter, the former naturally follows.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've previously used roaming abroad, then unless you've explicitly requested it removed it should still be active. Have you performed a manual network search and tried connecting to each local network in turn?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you upgraded in that time then its likely reactivated the roaming block.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Download Skype and over wifi use the number in my signature to call and speak to EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
