Voicemail not working

Hi,

My phone will constantly ring instead of dropping off to voicemail mail.

Any ideas why?

If you text VM ON to 150 does that set up the divert?

@ChanChan82 Have you text VM OFF to 150 then restart the device then text VM ON to 150. That’s assuming your voicemail is already on but not working. If you have never enabled voicemail just text VM ON to 150

It sounds like you do not have voicemail enabled. In order to receive voicemail this needs to be enabled for it to work.Click this link:

What happens if the caller stays on the line? Do they get a verbal announcement eventually?
