I recently moved to EE and now I'm getting the same issue as posted. EE don't know what's going on and they want me to travel to different areas to see if it's a mast issue.

Another good test would be to try your SIM in another phone. Do you know any other EE users in the same area having problems?

If you are able to make outgoing calls, but cannot receive them, it's often an indication of a "Do not disturb" mode having been set.
