Calling the UK from Turkey

I will be travelling to Turkey soon and wondered if anyone knows if it is possible to call the UK from there using the ee network on my mobile. Are these calls going to be included in my package?

EE is a UK operator. Using your phone on foreign networks is called roaming, and EE offer the facility to connect to those networks. PAYG phones are auto-enabled for roaming once they're used in the UK first. Pay-monthly users need to enable it by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK.
