Hi. I am abroad and urgently need to add on a roaming bundle. It is not an option to call or text as my phone has zero signal

Are you thinking that adding a roaming bundle will resolve a lack of coverage abroad? If you have travelled abroad and not activated the roaming facility, that is the reason for lack of coverage - not the lack of a roaming bundle.

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Billing add-ons can be added via your myEE online account if necessary,

Thankyou for the reply app and online is pushing me round in circle as it wants to send a text code but I cannot receive without signal

If not, did you text ROAMING to 150 to activate roaming before you travelled?
