I can make calls though, so connection is working.

I have tried:

network reset
Turning price cap off
manually joining different networks
software update

What does the caller experience when trying to call you?

Does it affect all callers?

Thanks for your reply! Yes it affects all callers. It says ‘this phone is currently unavailable’. Sometimes it will also give a message in Maldivian (I am in the Maldives).

Everything here points at a local network issue. The only thing you can do is to try alternative local operators, EE may be able to raise a case for further local investigation if you contact CS.
