Not receiving texts while in USA

Hi,

I have both the Roam Abroad Pass and World Talk and Text. During my last trip to the USA I was unable to receive text messages. All data services worked fine. Given how common 2FA is now this was a bit of a problem. Anything I can do to check before my next visit? Thanks

If you text ROAMING to 150, does it tell you that roaming is activated?

That's a good point. I receive a welcome to USA / Canada / Etc when I land and I can use data no problem so I assume(d) that roaming is on.

Yes, that's right, @_Finn

Best advice I can give, if that incoming message issue happens again is to manually select a different network. Maybe play around with the network mode too, just to cover all bases.
