Did you ever find the issue? Seems mine is doing it too for some people. Sometimes it works, sometimes it goes straight to voicemail.

Mine is Pixel 8 pro and no idea what setting is amiss. If I go into settings and look at 'Calls and Sims' they both show as defaulting to EE but greyed out, so I can't go in to check or change any settings

Very frustrating

Can you use mobile data whilst on a call? This is a good indication of VoLTE being active.

Are these missed calls happening in a specific location, or more generalised?

Yes I can use mobile data

The recent times I have been made aware were when I am at home, but I can't 100% guarantee it only happens when I am at home of course
