Hi,

Last night i followed MSE Martin Lewis' advice and text INFO to 85075, and today i just received a call from this number offering me deals to stay, i haven't left yet and was due to call next week when i could sort a new deal. Just curious to know if this is genuine call as google isn't overly clear.

Sent me a link to screen sharing which came up with his screen, not mine, assume that's ok?

07973 100601 is an EE outbound number - there's a recorded message on it if you call.

I would presume that, to have got to the stage of screen-sharing, you had already passed account security?

Yes, i had a text message from them with a pin which is from the same number i received it from when i called last thursday.
