&lt;P&gt;Even if it requires call traces initiated to identify the source of the failure, those can be requested by your current provider directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to call a landline from my ee mobile</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning all. We have recently changed from BT to Sky with our landline and broadband. Since changing friends / family who are with EE or BT are unable to call my landline. This also applies to my own mobile and my sons. My husband is on O2 and he has managed to call our landline from his mobile. Has anyone else had this issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll need to raise this with Sky to resolve it.&lt;/P&gt;
