    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently in Athens, Greece and have noticed for the past 24 hours that my iPhone 15 data package from EE is not working unless I’m connected to WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if I’m out in the city, my emails aren’t loading, new WhatsApp &amp;nbsp;messages are not appearing and I cannot send WhatsApp messages either, I cannot send or receive phone calls etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a spend cap on my account and have paid my last bill in full and have prepaid towards the next bill in case that was the issue - it is not as the data package still isn’t working today when I overpaid on the bill yesterday&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have another mobile device to call EE and my MacBook / FaceTime won’t connect calls to EE when I try phone their &lt;A href="tel:07953 966 150" target="_blank"&gt;07953 966 150&lt;/A&gt;number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anybody else experiencing similar issues?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Regardless of any billing add-on, your ability to get coverage abroad (which calls, texts &amp;amp; mobile data rely on) is dependent on roaming being activated - which allows your phone to connect to foreign networks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On PAYG, this is auto-enabled once your phone is used in the UK first.&lt;BR /&gt;On pay-monthly, this needs to be enabled manually - usually by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK. Did you do this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you now find yourself abroad without having enabled roaming, your only recourse will be to contact CS to request it activated. You can either contact +44 7953 966150 from another working phone, or +44 800 0798586 using a web-calling app such as Skype over WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
