EE can’t receive txts from Portuguese gov services

Apparently it’s a known issue that EE in the UK can’t receive txts from the Portuguese government and their related social services. Other networks are receiving the txts. These txts are often for authentication purposes. If this issue can’t be fixed I’ll have to switch networks.

@CharlieDeltaFox Is it ? Don’t forget this will be an international texts from that location so are chargeable. Are they happy to pay the fee to send these texts ?
