Hello,

It's been while, I was using my EE number just for WhatsApp. No for call or network. Today I put my EE Sim in my phone to make phone and message. Just see on screen :<<emergency call only >>

WhatsApp is just an internet-based app and uses whatever 'net connection is available - be it WiFi or mobile data. Which were you using?

Emergency-calls-only is normally associated with a lack of mobile coverage. Is this in a location where you've had service in the past? Use "check status" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee if so.
