we are geting 10's and 10's of calls of people saying we called them, but we did not. Is there any way to get help

yes, all uk mobiles.. she has had around 50 call backs form people asking why she called them,,,

she has tired and after pressing all the various numbers the line dies..

When calling 150 please select option 2 @cpmirl.

This will then take your wife to the automated menu, please navigate through the menu to speak with technical care.
