If you're looking to take over a number that's currently in your dad's name, we would need to look into a formal change of ownership.

It's easiest if you're both on the phone at the same time, but essentially he needs to call up to give the initial permission, then you can complete the process and accept the transfer of the number.

You will need to pass a credit check for this to go through, but our team will guide you through all of the details you need to know.

Are you saying yes to wanting to change over from another network, or yes to wanting to change an existing number you have with us?

If it's the former, I would recommend checking our our help page here 😊

For changing an existing number to a completely different one, this is also something we can sort, but depending on the situation there may be a charge to do this.

If you give our customer care team a call, they'll be able to talk you through all the options available.
