Unable to gift data

I have unlimited data, my daughter has 250MB I am trying to gift her my data, but it won't let me it says she data rich and also states she has unlimited data - which she does not. She needs her data for safety as she's travelling.

Whom or what is "it" that says "she data rich" - and what is the exact error message you get on the app when you try to gift data?

Can you screenshot the error stating your daughter has unlimited data, and the data allowance section of the app which contradicts this?

Are you all under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG or a No-Frills contract? You need to be to be able to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .
