      <description>&lt;P&gt;i am having the same problem and been on the phone multiple times&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and at the end of it all been told to leave ee as they can't be botherd sorting the problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my latancy is constantly over 700ms and makes doing anything imposible&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;700ms is steep, but should still be (with some limits) usable...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With such big latency, I will guess, that your Broadband will be sure not Full Fibre (FTTP) but an older format of connection, and You already troubleshoot anything inside your home network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could You shine a little bit of light on it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
