I am using an ee uk Sim in Nigeria and after buying a plan worth £15, I can't make calls nor send sms

@Smart6 Did you use that sim in the UK first ? If you didn’t you can not activate it when outside the UK, and you can not use a pack allowance in that location it’s for UK and EU use only. You need credit on the account to pay for calls and texts and to have data you have to purchase a data add on for that country.

@Smart6 : If that £15 plan is a PAYG pack, you can't use it outside EU. You need PAYG credit to call & text from there.
