Does anyone know of a way to track what (alleged) picture messages I would have sent, as these cost as a rule I never send any media on SMS but apparently I have sent 4 now. I also wondered since EE love to send me SMS messages where I am asked to download content (such as "Get the shiny new Galaxy S24" and as they include pictures am I getting charged for those?

You are not charged to receive MMS or SMS.

Multimedia messages (MMS) & text messages (SMS) are both handled by your phone's native messages app. This will always default to SMS unless the specific content you insert in a message triggers a conversion to MMS, in which case there should always be an on-screen prompt.
