Hi!

from the last few weeks my caller tune stops working i mean whenever someone tried to call me so ring ring sound isn’t working however i’m still receiving calls.

pls let mee knw how can i sort it out.

Hi @Nxwazzzz What phone have you got? Have you checked that the ring volume isn't turned down or it's on silent?

Hi!
I got I phone 13 pro nd its not about ringtone I’m talking about caller tune i mean When someone is calling me, it doesn't ring on their side its just shows silent in their end however imm receiving calls nd my ringtone is working fine.
