User busy problem

Hi I’m unable to call my wife’s phone not blocked ! been like it for a month now mobile number is with ee - she can call me but whenever I call her it sais user busy ? Appreciate any help - will probably call Ee when find time we both have iPhones very odd

Whom or what is "it" that says "user busy"? Is this an on-screen or audible message?

Can you call other numbers, and can your wife receive calls from other people?

On screen user busy / unavailable WhatsApp but messages work - yes she can and I can call very odd

WhatsApp is just an app, and both your phone and EE's network treat usage as data activity not a voice call - so all this proves is your phone has a working internet connection.

I'm not sure from your last post, what is and isn't working - can you clarify?
