Am having same issue I have called the customer care but they couldn't do anything...

This is frustrating I just ported from Lebara to EE, am regretting it now

I transfered to EE last month precisely between 25 and 26th of January...

I need the OTP for my bank verification from my home country. Up till now your technical team couldn't do anything even after calling this morning.

I was confused initially but after seeing this from other people I can see this is a general problem. I regretted changing to EE...
