Roam Abroad Pass

I am about to purchase a Roam Abroad pass for use in Australia for two months at 25 pounds per month.

But I'm a bit confused. In the 'Get Ready to Roam' section on the EE website it says: Before your trip, turn off WiFi Calling or you will be charged international rates if you make calls over WiFi while abroad. WiFi calling is only supported in the UK.

Does this only apply if you DON'T have the Roam Abroad pass? Or will I be unable to make calls using WiFi while in Australia even with the Roam Abroad pass? e.g. via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger?

WhatsApp & Messenger are apps, use of which is charged as a data session. The mobile network does not treat them as voice calls.

WiFi-calling is a coverage enhancement within the UK, which allows you to make & receive direct-dialled voice calls using your phone's normal dialler - without needing network coverage.

EE wrote to me saying "If someone's reply was so helpful that it solved your issue, tap the 'solution' button. This helps others with the same query find the correct answer." Bristolian has answered my question - but where is the SOLUTION button please? Can't find it anywhere. Thanks for your assistance.
