    <description>&lt;P&gt;my mobile data is not working since i purchased EE sim card.. Calls and text mesages are working fine.. I have tried various methods but in vain... My device is vio s1.. Kindly suggest how can i sort this out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing apn setting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reseting mobile&amp;nbsp; networks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Airplane mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarting my device but still it doesnt work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it a PAYG SIM or you have purchased, or a pay-monthly contract? Can you text BALANCE or AL to 150 and report back the reply?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PAYG users need to have an active pack in order to use mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
