Mobile network on my phone not working

My phone will not connect to the mobile network so cannot contact anyone including 150 or 999.

I am supposed to have a phone appointment with my hospital at 3:00 p.m. today 9th Jan . which i have been waiting 11 months to get thus call & now i am totally f****d up.

is there an e-mail address that i can contact to find out what the issue is with the loss of my mobile network.

Hi @davidglassford

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried restarting your phone? That should force your phone to search for the network again.

Are you connected to WiFi? If your phone is compatible, you should be able to call over WiFi too.

Hi to all

for those of the community i want to say many thanks to you for your support & ideas. For a complete novice where tech is concerned it is just good to be able to contact someone who has useful ideas.

The problem has been resolved so now i have access to calls & texts plus i can now turn the phone off.

missed my hospital appointment but could not be helped.
