Unable to make a phone call in French Antilles Island Martinique

We are able to use our data plan and texts and minutes as Martinique is classed as France, all good However, we can’t seem to make a phone call to a local Martinique number. We can call a UK number.
Any help appreciated

Yes we are using the International Code and btw it’s +596 not 569! 🙂

Is it happening with more than one number, @TraceySimmons?

Could you try manually connecting to a different available network please?
