Have you inadvertently disabled call waiting?

Does your phone show VoLTE (Android) or 4G-calling (Apple?)

Have you inadvertently disabled call waiting? Check in your phone's settings menu.

Does your phone show VoLTE (Android) or 4G-calling (Apple?) next to the coverage indicators. Post a screenshot or photo if you're not sure.

4G without VoLTE would result in calls dropping to 2G/3G.
