Unable to receive phone call

I can't answered any phone call even if I'm not on the phone. It went straight into voice mail. I tried on my landline. Can't remember if I ever answered any call. No good having a phone that I can't answer the call. Missed hospital phone call and family and friends agent called. I'm with EE for years maybe it's time to move on

Have you inadvertently set a "Do not disturb" mode or disabled call waiting?

Does your phone show coverage indicators and VoLTE (Android) or 4G-calling (Apple) when this happens?
