How do I set up roaming once I am abroad? Sadly there is no chat feature with EE

I have come to South Africa and now need to set up roaming from here to send and receive text messages.

I have bought a local SIM but periodically will need to receive “one time verification” codes from UK companies…..

Sadly, the only way to contact EE seems to be by text or call……. But without roaming…. Any thoughts?

@JeremyND log into your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up with this you’re able to chat with customer services.
