Hi,

I have similar issue, landed in tennrife spain yesterday, then got welcome to spain with pricing 2.29£ message. calls & data working for 8 hours for both me & my wife device, then after everything stooped working.

i have 116GB of data still left for the current month, i tried manually selecting different networks but no luck

@Rakesh4 Have you tried just restarting the device? You also can only use 50Gb per month when roaming

Are you still able to make or receive calls? Crucially, does your phone show a connection to any Spanish networks?
