Where can I find Sip details/VoIP from the number to use my number in virtual telephony?

I am sorry these details are not something I am aware of as I don't believe you can use the EE number for this service.

Is this a landline service or a mobile service?

In either case to use your no. as VoIP you would need to transfer it away from EE to a VoIP provider, thereby cancelling any contract with EE.

Google for VoIP Providers & sign up for 1 of them with your EE nos. which they will take over, cancelling your EE plans.

What exactly is your aim in wanting SIP/VoIP details? You can only get such details from your VoIP Provider of which EE isn't 1.
