The Roam Further pass is your best bet - https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roam-further-pass

Irrespective of what billing add-on you choose, make sure of enabling roaming before leaving the UK by texting ROAMING to 150 - this is crucial to having coverage abroad, and without which your phone won't work.

@Dalexb : The Roam Abroad Pass is only for contracts, not PAYG.
