Currently I’m in Germany, I have tried to top up I can’t I don’t why. Also I can’t send messages and calls. I tried to live chat but no possible

@ajikumarpaulraj : Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

Live Chat is only for contract users. PAYG users need to call CS for 25p a call.

Did you use that PAYG SIM in the UK at all, regardless of where you've been since?
