unable to log into website to pick up picture messages

i have recently switched to ee. previously my non-smart phone displayed 2 boxes if sent an emoji, and no-one ever sent me picture messages. Since switching i've now twice had a txt sending a link to pick up a picture message. however, the log-in details in the txts are not recognised y the website.

yes, I recieved a password on both occaisions. Model of phone is not relevant as it's dumb, so I was trying to log into website via tablet using the phone no. and password as instructed
