Have you activated roaming on your account. Roaming in Turkey is international roaming and comes with a cost, see here:

In Turkey, these people use EE O2 and Tesco lines for illegal internet. Please check roaming service in Türkiye and other Arab countries. Close illegal internet vulnerabilities.

Sorry, you can't use a UK data allowance in Turkey.

You'd need to purchase an suitable roaming data add-on.

You'll be prompted to purchase one if you open your web browser when you aren't connected to WiFi.

You have to be connected to a mobile network in order to use the add-on status page. Which Turkish provider are you connected to?

What happens when you click the link that I sent you, when not connected to WiFi, @Jack0953?

Could you try doing it on a different available network?
