The replacement sim arrived and in my Redmi phone. Tried to make a test call and showing mobile network not available. (try wirless network showing) Home Internet working Ok on phone. Any ideas please?

What was the reason for having a replacement SIM?

Are you in the UK or abroad?

Hi Thanks for the reply. I lost my phone and replaced it and EE kindly sent my sim with the number I was using. In the UK.
