    <description>&lt;P&gt;So frustrating.....&amp;nbsp; Used the 150 number for support - was sent a "visual link", basically just a reply message. My mobile and broadband connections are dire atm, makes work from home very difficult and also embarrassing.&amp;nbsp; How can I get this sorted out.&amp;nbsp; It is costing me money in time, as well as compacting my mental health.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can also check for known problems and report new ones using the &lt;A href="https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee" target="_blank"&gt;EE Coverage &amp;amp; Network Status Checker&lt;/A&gt; - just select the 'check status' option.&lt;/P&gt;
