I would recommend following the advice and contacting CS (the 0800 number is one of EE's numbers) during working hours.

It's possible an unathorised third party is trying to access your account, but the OTP is doing its job by ensuring the account-holder (i.e. you) is aware of this.

Keep getting message suddenly saying pin changed for no reason and number to call: 0800 079 8586 exact text message says.

Hi from EE. Your PIN is . If you're not currently discussing your account with us, please call 0800 079 8586. Thanks.

(Left pin blank.)

This seems like scam and number when called right after is closed anyway so can't talk person or change sim. Should I be worried. Also how do change this pin anyway.??.

Is anyway to check or should do.?
