&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your EE Sim a physical SIM card? Have you tried rebooting your phone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you had a look in settings, mobile services, network selection to see if EE is showing when clicking on it, and if necessary do a manual search, this is where I would look on the IPhone, also make sure that the icon for mobile connection is on and not airplane mode or the mobile icon is not off, that I find in control drop down on mine, if Android, no idea whether that is different.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
