hi im experiencing phishing according too the apple store today in birmingham the texts i was receiving didnt seem too be my mom so i asked a question too name pets we had years n years ago mom says i dunno i knew then it wasnt my mom i was texting i rang her next morning

to ask her she confirmed they werent her

also banking app started allowing me too take screenshots within baning app im not sure this is a result of telephont trickery through the gateways or what but the bank were supprised when i showed them the glitches

# any ideas how orwhy or even to stop this the apple store advised about the impostering that both e n my goto ee store together well thats not going too be possible i dont think as she no longer lives in my city we are both on ee too my knowledge

I would recommend asking your mum to get in touch with our customer care team on 150 and reporting this with them.

Regarding the banking app, you have done the right thing by reporting this to them. Did they provide of any further steps they would take?
